This app is great, is calculating the shipping rates for my website orders and customer service is very kind and helpful.

I highly recommend the Shipeasy app for any business with custom shipping rate requirements. The entire customer service team (especially Sowmiya) has offered exceptional service and assistance with the entire setup of our shipping rates for our store. They were very friendly and quick to reply with any questions I had. Our store has complex shipping requirements and Sowmiya went above and beyond to ensure all of our needs were met. We cannot thank her enough for all of her help along with the entire LogBase Shipeasy team!
6/13/23 Update: We had changes that needed to be made to our shipping options and Siva was wonderful to work with! Explained everything very clearly and very friendly. Thank you for all of your help!
