I contacted support for setting up combined rates. Over a zoom meeting Shiva helped me figure the rates correctly. He understood what I needed, was knowledgeable about how to put my needs into the rates and was very courteous to talk to. Tech support in this app is A+. The app is versatile and support will help you with any issue you are having. They are prompt and responsive. Highly recommend

Haven't fully started using the app but getting set up was so much easier with Barath. He was really incredible when answering my questions and checking everything was correct

We have a couple of stores (EvenGreener.com & GetComposting.com), each fed by various stock locations so were finding Shopify's rigid delivery charge options unworkable as we cannot charge customers for delivery multiple times per order just because we keep stock across various locations. Shipeasy has fixed that problem in no time and the support we have received from Siva has been fantastic. No question is too small or daft and he has assisted in setting up the rules across both of our shops. We cannot recommend Shipeasy enough. You'll be hard pushed to find customer support that beats Siva!

I had a difficult time setting up my shipping rates because our store has product of quite a complex nature when it comes to shipping, I reached out to their support and Jennifer from customer support was very patient and helpful throughout all my questions, she took the time and effort to fully understand my needs and made sure all met met. I use this to set up my international shipping methods and fees. It's a well built tool to configure many complex scenarios that come with duties and taxes calculation per region level.

The team, especially Sowmiya has helped us configure our store and understood our rather complex requirements with ease. She's been a great support throughout the process. Generally, the team is always ready to jump on a call and help and I find it commendable!
