Amazing support from Nitish at Ship X. I had a really complicated shipping setup to sort out, and he breezed through it like it was nothing. Super helpful, straight to the point, and instant support when I needed it -couldn’t have asked for better!

We are very pleased with the powerful shipping algorithms (scenarios) that can be combined to handle all the shipping calculation situations for our various products.
We did encounter a few challenges with mixing products across scenarios that we couldn't figure out, so we reached out to their tech support. They offer a complementary Zoom meeting with their tech support with many times available same day or any day in the week. We were luckily connected with Jennifer who took the time to fully understand our complex scenarios. While she couldn't immediately come up with a solution, she worked with her team for 36 hours and after their testing, she came back for a second Zoom meeting to show how to setup the scenarios to meet our needs. These solutions worked perfectly. She is definitely a great asset to the team.
While we have only been live with the website for two days, we are very pleased with how ShipX is calculating our custom ship rates.

I had difficulty combining shipping rates but arranged a zoom call and spoke to Durkush who was extremely helpful. He understood the issues right away and, with my permission, took control of my screen to show me how to resolve the issue. The best service and support I have ever experienced on any platform. EVER. Hands-down. Thanks to Siva. Siva was excellent, very knowledgeable, very patient and thorough, and great at communicating. He educated me on the new AI-based packing algorithm and helped me setup some tricky packaging scenarios. The new AI-based packing algorithm is a game-changer - it calculates your customer-facing shipping rates very accurately without having to create endless scenarios. I haven't seen anything else like it and I've tested a LOT of shipping calculators recently. I can't recommend them highly enough. Ten starts out of five!

The app is easy to use and has all the features we are looking for to calculate shipping cost. Janani on the support team is very knowledgeable of the app and was very helpful in walking me through different settings and customizations.

Definitely 5 stars for sure, we've had Nithish help us set up our shipping rates as automotive parts can be quite complicated with carriers, trying to balance volume and weight based shipping with products varying in size and weight. Nithish has helped us out almost every step of the way, even with last minute zoom meetings to fix small problems, and taking the time to explain to us how things work so we can move forward on our own. After experimenting and failing with many third-party shipping apps, ShipX is by far the best option we have found for our use case. Thanks Nithish :)

Shipeasy is a great app that perfectly addressed the needs we had with our shipping rates, as we have multiple rules based on products and needed a solution to account for combination carts with multiple products with different rules. Shipeasy provides a fantastic, reliable solution for this. Their support team is also amazing, we had a lot of questions getting started but they were quick to reply with helpful instruction.
