Absolutely amazing customer service!! Highly recommend!! these things can be super tricky especially when promotional codes and different postage requirements for different locations in the same country come into play. Whenever I needed help I would simply click on the chat icon while in the app and ask for help, the team don't start work until 11:30am Sydney time but as soon as they are at work, they reach out to me straight away. You can also schedule a Zoom meeting and let them take control of your screen and they can work their magic to make any of your requirements come to life!

After a half-day effort on making the setting, I was finally told that it cannot work on the store, no shipping rates are shown due to a Shopify tech issue. Actually, it's not a tech problem, it's one of my location/warehouses that hasn't been verified. However, it's still a good shipping app, convenient to use, fast response.

Awesome support and did exactly what I needed it to. We have various rates for products in certain collections, we were able to get all these rates to blend using the logic and tagging in the app. Would recommend!

Siva helped me to understand the shipping rates, and alleviated my concern that I had to add an API to do what I wanted. I was extremely impressed by his helpful nature, his excellent knowledge of the platform and he was even able to help me with a zoom call, at 11.25pm, and controlled my screen (with my permission, of course!) and navigate to exactly where I needed to be.
