Shipping Rates — Shipeasy

One of the best shipping calculating app available in Shopify I'm using this for a long time and the support is very good.

We have a very complicated set of needs for shipping:

Brands we can't sell outside our market.
Weird shaped products only some couriers will take.
Free delivery over different amounts for different markets.
Products that will fit in an envelope and weight 50g, up to ebikes that weigh 30 kg and are in huge boxes.
API hook up to FedEx.

This is the only app I've found that meets all of our needs. The checkout page part works quickly too.

To get to where I need to be is taking a while because of the sheer number of options we have, but the support has been excellent, particularly Jenifer. I've used the live chat and Jenifer and I also had a Zoom call where she helped me with a setting I was stuck with.

I haven't put the app live yet, but I am very impressed so far, and I'll update this review once it's been running for a few weeks.

excellent, takes some time to learn but good bit of kit

Great app so far. Helps to simply shipping rates. Barath was of great help during the Zoom meeting!

It's a great app for people like us who have complicated shipping methods. This app can have as lot of scenarios as we want. Though I'm not good at English, the support team helped me very patiently. I think it was not easy to look into our admin page, because our language is Japanese. I can't thank you enough.

Janani and the support team were helpful again. I was having trouble because an unknown delivery area had appeared. Although the zone was not visible, the team discovered that it belonged to another app.
They were excellent, and exert efforts to solve the issue.

I had a very complicated shipping method request and I could not handle it. So I contacted by chat with my poor English but Vignesh helped me brilliantly. He tried to understand my bad writing patiently. Then he combined some scenarios, and it worked! That's something I can't think of. Vignesh is a specialist. He will be a great help to you.

I had issues understanding how to set up the scenarios. I decided to use their chat feature on their app and they responded very quickly! They helped solve my issue in a matter of minutes. They care about their customers.

The setup is a little complicated. but the SUPPORT TEAM is GREAT. I had trouble with the initial employee who helped me (I forget his name) But the two that followed RAJ and JANANI were amazing. Knew their stuff, and were quick, efficient, and very knowledgeable about their product, settings and system. So far so good. I will update this review if anything changes.

Great technical support, Shipeasy functionality gets round Shopify's awful UK postcode handling.

This App is superb to use. Simple and Clean Functionality - The most liked feature of this app is creating more scenarios which is very useful for us. The support team was Excellent, Rahul, Vindhuja, Nithish handled my requirements, and her quick response helped me solve the problems.
