The folks at LogBase are always super happy to help. I used their chat function, and then jumped immediately onto a call in order to better explain my situation. Siva understood what I was looking to do and though there wasn't strictly an out of the box solution, he was able to work on his end to make it work. It meant I didn't have to spend hours manually adding rates to all of my shipping methods.
I absolutely love ship easy, the help offered is over the top amazing, Im so happy i found them to use in my shopify store, i cant recommend highly enough

Brilliant app and brilliant service. Siva from LogBase is excellent. So helpful. Created the shipping scenarios for us and then talked us through the logic. Will definitely be using for future apps
I used to pay for another service and this has not only been cheaper but better. The customer service is fantastic. I'm able to schedule a Zoom call for the same day and the reps are extremely helpful. Today I was able to get Siva on the phone within the hour. He listened to my issue and proceeded to fix it efficiently and kindly. Would 100% recommend to anyone who ships their items.
I've had difficulty setting up the app along with many previously I have tried. I received remarkably quick and easy setup help beyond my expectations. Thanks so much!
I'm still in the free demo mode, setting everything up but it looks promising and I've already had plenty of help from the support team who takes no time at all to get back to me and are very friendly and helpful!
