Small teething issues - but is the real deal. Simple and well thought-out UI. Support was really helpful and were happy to work around my requirements.

Thank you so much!!! Janini was so helpful in finding the issues with my shipping and resolving the problem (operator error!) I was so happy with the quick response and getting me up and running again promptly and guiding me through things I had forgotten about the app. Love the customer service! I highly recommend.

Excellent customer service, their responses were very quick and thorough. What I thought would be a complicated task to create a shipping calculator with so many variables ended up being very easy. I would highly recommend.

This app works like magic, it prevents Shopify from charging your customers double shipping due to multiple vendor/fulfillment locations. I've installed this app to help deal with a lot of different shipping exceptions for our products. I try to configure myself most times but this one product/shipping zone had me stumped. Jenifer figured it out fairly quick and we are good to ship again!

Support was from Shiva brilliant and app did all I wanted. Process of getting help very quick and well explained.

This gentleman was amazing. Genuinely the First person in TWO years that was able to properly and efficiently complete and correct our shipping issues. We have been battling the Shopify system for a while now. Devine intervention sent him to me today. He was able to complete the nation wide shipping problems, local shipping problems, shipping rates.
