This service is just incredible! Rajkumar helped me immediately with all my issues and with his support the setup was very easy! Now I also understand it much better! In the future I will see if the app is working smoothly but I'm sure it will!

Helped with a 'gremlin' in scenarios - speedy when contacted and an easy resolve.
Something to note with this app (so that it is fit for your purpose) is that it does not 'tag' orders as they come through. They get listed under the shipping column on the orders page & the app does not have a date/time element, furthermore it isn't really compatible with that selection.
Also, for Australian, it works off Zip Codes. Our zip codes (post code) areas can cover wide distances & need to ensure this works for you. Worth noting.
For what it does (Shipping rates), it does well.

Great customer service! Vignesh helped me with my shipping rates and had it all setup in under 5min!
Nithish is a really helpful assistant in shipeasy, He and his team has helped me completely setup the rates for shipping more then 5 times. I am really glad to have them and use Ship easy for my shipping.

Fantastic experience, would highly recommend. I booked a Zoom call and Jennifer set everything up and explained how the application worked, she even helped me with contacting Shopify to have certain things arranged which were required for the application.
App does what other apps cannot in terms of conditions IRO Shipping rates and multi carriers. Customer Services is top class - all emails responded to same day. Nithish assisted in full with the initial setup and service was excellent

Easy to use and very helpful staff if you ever get lost. Postcodes can be a headache but these guys are superb, making shipping rates, simple!
