Great customer service, easily schedule zoom call to help setup and also go over any issues that we had
The app is super cool! Siva was the one who walked me through this app. Their customer support is outstanding
My zoom conference went very well and he was extremely helpful. He was able to set up my shipping and we tested it.
Siva is very helpful during the setup and the possibilities of the app are great! We use this app to offer different shipping rates at advanced conditions, which is not possible in the standard Shopify backend.
Jennifer was more than helpful answering all my questions and even answering questions I didn't know I had. Awesome customer service!

We are moving from another app to this one and are super nervous about whether it can be implemented immediately and whether errors can solved quickly as it could suspend the incoming orders if the address of shipping has any errors. But they have been very helpful and responded almost instantly and overall it feels like a much smoother operation and no issues so far.
