Great APP with great support, I want to enable complex shipping rate calculation, but couldn't do it by mysefl, so I booked a zoom meeting with Shipeasy. Siva from the support team guided me to do it, and it's working perfectly.
App has been performing great so far. The assistance from Raj is absolutely fabulous. If you need to configure different settings, this is your app.
We have a very complex shipping situation that no other apps have been able to accommodate and Dhana has found a workaround and we can now hit the ground running. Very helpful :-)

Highly recommend this app and all apps by Logbase. Functionality is great, and their customer service is first class - there is always someone around to help, no matter if it's 1am or 6pm! Siva was incredibly helpful in setting up integration with two of their apps. We did a zoom call so that everything was set up correctly and I could see how everything worked first hand. Their support is absolutely amazing! Not only did they walk me through the setup, they have exceeded every expectation when an issue has arisen. Our setup is quite complex and this is the only app that I have found to cover every scenario.

Excellent app and the team is super responsive, especially Rahul who is always around and hands-on to help. Most importantly, they understand your business, make suggestions, and are happy to help with any customisation. This is the only date and time picker app on Shopify that works well in the open cart drawer! I have been trying several apps and this is a clear winner.

This works great, the app does what Shopify itself cannot. We use it as we have multiple locations, but want to show one rating. Customer Service is beyond expectations!
