For this reason I scheduled a meeting with their Support team which was super easy to do & there were many open times for me to choose from within the day. Speaking with their team I was able to achieve exactly the set up that I needed, they helped to make it very simple, easy and worked with me through it. Shipping Rates - Shipeasy is a wonderful app. Having thousands of unique SKU's with multiple rules and specific conditions makes it extremely difficult to setup an automated shipping app. Having built a custom freight management software before, this was much easier! The Team made it super easy and was always helpful to set up new and update rules. Having a team who will support the setup to the extent that we were helped is amazing. I couldn't recommend this app and the team enough. Special mention to Sowmiya who has been helping us along the way with excellent response time and always working with us to make the app very functional.

We were after a way to have different shipping rates for bulky and regular items, and for the cart to display these different rates automatically (instead of adding them together). We also wanted a free shipping threshold to apply to regular products but not bulky ones. This app was able to meet our needs perfectly.

They have amazing customer support and are happy to jump in a Zoom call to remotely walk you through all the steps required for your set up. Annie was extremely helpful in getting everything set up for us!

I tried numerous other apps through Shopify and none of which worked for my specific needs until I found this one! I'm now able to offer First Class Mail and Priority mail using live rates. Setup was pretty simple and the support team was ALWAYS available to help with any questions day or night. If you are needing to ship by weight using USPS live rates, this is the app to use, trust me!!

You can even schedule zoom meetings to go over your specific needs and get help setting up your shipping based on what you need.

Siva has helped multiple times now and we are so appreciative. They even copied all of my settings from a different one of our stores, so that I didn't have to manually enter and worry about errors.
