Shipeasy is a great app with great support. Few minutes after I was in the Shipeasy app store, Janani walked my through app, showing me how my requirements were meet by setting up the app. I was sold right away and subscribed the App. Shipeasy will help my Shopify store to increase sales for sure. Looks like a great app and was easy to configure and support was excellent. Unfortunately though, you can only use with Shopify's shipping API and that isn't available unless we want to stump up another $300 AUD per month. It would be great to see an app developed that was accessible for all levels of Shopify plans.
You download it and have to do a Zoom call with the company for it to work. I don't even know why it is needed, never experienced that before. I just felt that was weird.

These channels are optional again, some of our customers do the setup themselves. Our customers only choose zoom if they have a complex setup and they require us to walk them through the setup. I installed this app and didn't quite feel certain about whether it would meet my needs in creating product & postal code specific rates. For this reason I scheduled a meeting with their Support team which was super easy to do & there were many open times for me to choose from within the day. Speaking with their team I was able to achieve exactly the set up that I needed, they helped to make it very simple, easy and worked with me through it.
