This covers all aspects of shipping for the clients I work with. I did have some difficulty with one aspect and Jenifer from the support team was on hand straight away to show me which settings to change and get the shipping rate I desired - MOST HELPFUL!

I use this to set up my international shipping methods and fees. It's a well built tool to configure many complex scenarios that come with duties and taxes calculation per region level.

The team, especially Sowmiya has helped us configure our store and understood our rather complex requirements with ease. She's been a great support throughout the process. Generally, the team is always ready to jump on a call and help and I find it commendable!

I'm thrilled with the "Shipeasy" app and the support I received from Sowmi. This app has transformed my Shopify store's shipping process. It's user-friendly, streamlining order management and label generation. Vinduja assistance was impressive – responsive, patient, and knowledgeable. Integrations worked seamlessly. Shipping Rates allow for custom rules that were really useful in our custom shipping rates for specific orders - Janani, Raj, and Sowmi were a great help in helping me get these set up.

One thing that was lacking was a visual editor or visual display to show all the different shipping logics that we have installed. It would be a great feature to add!

The app is effective and helped to setup my requirement. Awesome support and quick response. Highly recommended!

Support is still amazing, any issues and they know exactly how to help fix it.

I absolutely love ship easy, the help offered is over the top amazing, Im so happy i found them to use in my shopify store, i cant recommend highly enough

I was looking for an app to let me set up specific shipping prices based on item type and not overall order weight.

I contacted "Shipping Rates - Shipeasy" support and arranged a zoom call. Dhana guided me through the setup process and spent over an hour with me to help me configure the app around my product groups. Dhana was friendly, patient, and his knowledge of the app was brilliant.

I had been looking at other apps but the customer service Dhana provided to me made it an easy choice to go with "Shipping Rates - Shipeasy".

The app is now fully setup and I could not be happier with it.
