I am absolutely thrilled with the exceptional service I received from the team at LogBase specially from their staff Dhanasheelan & Barath. From start to finish, they exceeded all my expectations and truly went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.
First and foremost, their dedication and commitment to their clients is truly commendable. The team, worked tirelessly to address all of my concerns and provide timely solutions. Dhanasheelan spent an incredible amount of time, approximately 4 hours, to resolve the issues I was facing. This level of dedication and devotion truly sets them apart from other service providers.
The level of customer care I experienced was exceptional. Every interaction with the team was met with utmost professionalism and friendliness. They were attentive, patient, and genuinely cared about my needs. It's clear that customer satisfaction is their top priority.

I highly recommend the Shipeasy app for any business with custom shipping rate requirements. The entire customer service team (especially Sowmiya) has offered exceptional service and assistance with the entire setup of our shipping rates for our store. They were very friendly and quick to reply with any questions I had. Our store has complex shipping requirements and Sowmiya went above and beyond to ensure all of our needs were met. We cannot thank her enough for all of her help along with the entire LogBase Shipeasy team!
