This app is still in test mode and feels unfinished. It’s not ready for real users, and I honestly don’t see how it’s a viable option at this stage. It ended up being a waste of my time.

It seems based on your requirement, our team recommended ShipX after you tried connecting live carrier rates in our other app, Pickeasy. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to guide you through ShipX’s setup process to meet your requirements.
Because of that, you may not have been able to explore the full potential of the app. ShipX is fully functional and designed to connect live carrier rates like UPS, FedEx, and others once configured correctly. And, I’d be happy to personally assist you in setting it up as per your store’s needs.

Uselsss customer service, couldnt follow the issue or help at all AND to top it off they had another customer join the same call for the first 10mins to ask them to come back later.

Looks like app doesnt work with shopify basic plan.
You download it and have to do a Zoom call with the company for it to work. I don't even know why it is needed, never experienced that before. I just felt that was weird.

This is Saravanakumar, CEO at LogBase. I just looked at your review, looks like there has been a misunderstanding. We provide support via chat, email and zoom. These channels are optional again, some of our customers do the setup themselves. Our customers only choose zoom if they have a complex setup and they require us to walk them through the setup.
