ShipX ‑ Shipping Rates & Rules

This app has really robust and flexible functionality. They also have good product support, including being available to meet on Zoom to screenshare, so they can help set up more complicated shipping scenarios as needed. We have some byzantine requirements in our store, and I would be a bit lost trying to do everything self-serve, so this is SUPER helpful. I met today with the customer support rep Deepan; he was very patient and knowledgeable, and spent as much time as we needed to help fix my new setup request, making sure that all the scenarios I wanted were entered correctly and taking the time to double-check everything. Much appreciated!

I had a great experience with Durkesh from the ShipX (ShopX) App Support team. He is very knowledgeable and has a strong understanding of restricted areas and different shipping rate rules.

He explained everything clearly and helped configure the app exactly according to our requirements. The support was excellent, and I really appreciated that the team allows Zoom meeting calls, which made solving issues much faster and easier.

The app itself is very good, and with Durkesh’s help, we successfully resolved all our issues. Now our shipping rates are working perfectly and coming correctly from the ShipX app.

So far so good, I have been using the app to set up our shipping rates and it is working as desired. There is definitely a bit of a learning curve, and I had some questions but I was able to get support from Vignesh and he helped me out right away.

This app is truly magical. The amount of scenarios and conditions we can set up is like no other app. It accomplishes exactly what I'm looking for. On top of that, they offer free support via video call. Durkesh has been amazing in explaining me how to set up a complex scenario, and took the time with me to guide me step by step. 10/10 features, and 10/10 support. I highly recommend it!
