Rahul Sowiya has been an amazing help in setting up my shipping. It was done overnight and I can't believe how easy and professional everything is now!
Shipping Rates allow for custom rules that were really useful in our custom shipping rates for specific orders - Janani, Raj, and Sowmi were a great help in helping me get these set up.
One thing that was lacking was a visual editor or visual display to show all the different shipping logics that we have installed. It would be a great feature to add!

This app is great, it made our shipping rate more flexible. The best part of this is their awesome customer service, especially from Janani. They're always accommodating and patient since I have no idea how to set this one up.
Rahul was extremely helpful in helping walk through an issue that we had. he took the time to take notes and elevate it to the backend team to help us understand our logic and also showcased other features of the product

The app works really well for all the shipping rules we wanted. It's a bit tricky to set up, however, the support is amazing. I was on a zoom call with Siva and he was able to handle all my requirements and set up everything in about 30 min. Definitely 5* support.
This app has worked great for everything we need. We have needed to contact support a few times and every person has been helpful and knowledgeable. We got Raj twice and he was the most exceptional. He is quick, knows the program, clear and also friendly and kind. The app is complex but the support team was able to help create and resolve each scenario we wanted.
