I haven't used any other shipping apps, however this is far more robust than the native shipping options for Shopify. If you are setting up multiple shipping options for lots of products, this is a great app. And the live chat support has been a life-saver when I'm not sure how something works!
I was struggling to set up my shipping rates in Canada when I came across ShipX. I contacted them and scheduled a meeting very quickly. Their team is amazing.
I worked with their excellent customer service support member, Durkesh Kumar, who helped me set up my shipping options based on distance and weight perfectly.
ShipX is very user friendly and highly recommended to use ShipX in the Shopify application.
I will try the other Shopify they offer based on this fantastic experience!
Update on July 3, 2025: I was facing a problem with setting up the shipping zones which cost me a lot of money. I contacted ShipX and their customer service support agent 'Jennifer' helped me to setup the application correctly which saved me a lot of shipping cost.
I highly recommend this application!
Our shipping rules are a bit convoluted, and I was unable to figure out how to make it work myself. However, their team is SUPER responsive, and ended up doing pretty much everything for me. This will save a significant amount of time in custom invoicing and awkward calls to customers when vanilla Shopify shipping doesn't combine our rates as intended.

Amazing and fast customer support available! Jenifer was quickly able to troubleshoot and fix the errors I had within my settings. She also provided a detailed explanation of why the issue I had was occuring. Great experience
I had set up a meeting and was advised by Jenifer Logbase and Nithish. Their advice and know-how in putting together complex shipping logics was first class and I am infinitely grateful for how well they were able to implement this. Highly recommend for anyone with non-standard or tiered shipping needs.
Shopify's default shipping settings weren’t flexible enough for our requirements, but ShipX let me build out detailed, tailored rules based on product groups, size, volume and destination. Support has also been responsive and helpful when we had questions during setup either via online chat or scheduled Zoom calls.

I recommend this app to everyone who wants to use calculated shipping/handling rates on multiple conditions.. I've using it for couple of months and I'm in love with the features this app provides.
It looks difficult to set it up for the first time and I was overwhelmed by seeing so many parameters, that's when I asked for the support and to my luck which I don't find with multiple apps em using, it was super prompt.
They had setup a zoom call within minutes and if one is not comfortable with the settings like me, taken the control and set them up themselves. Just wowwwwww!!!!
Jennifer and Nithish helped us set up through Zoom the unique shipping settings we needed using our existing UPS account. They both tested our parameters thoroughly while explaining it all - and now it's ready to go live. Woohoo! I'm relieved and excited that ShipX can make these rules happen for our perishable shipping boxes, and we can rest easy that we will not need to be calling and canceling/refunding too small of purchases in the future.
Amazing support from Nitish at Ship X. I had a really complicated shipping setup to sort out, and he breezed through it like it was nothing. Super helpful, straight to the point, and instant support when I needed it -couldn’t have asked for better!

I had a live online meeting with one of the team members, Vindu, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the support I received. She was extremely patient and explained everything clearly, going through all my questions in great detail. Thanks to her, I now have a much better understanding of how the whole system works. The app itself is also excellent, it offers a lot of flexible options for different shipping cost scenarios, which makes it really easy to set up exactly what I need for my store. Overall, a great experience both with the app and the amazing support team. Highly recommended!
