This app has really robust and flexible functionality. They also have good product support, including being available to meet on Zoom to screenshare, so they can help set up more complicated shipping scenarios as needed. We have some byzantine requirements in our store, and I would be a bit lost trying to do everything self-serve, so this is SUPER helpful. I met today with the customer support rep Deepan; he was very patient and knowledgeable, and spent as much time as we needed to help fix my new setup request, making sure that all the scenarios I wanted were entered correctly and taking the time to double-check everything. Much appreciated!

The support team really knows their stuff and are responsive to our requests. They get us sorted while providing clear guidance on best practices with the app.

I could have the name wrong, but our account was initially setup by Jinani, she was BEYOND helpful and got all of our numerous requests setup and working as we wanted. After testing for a week, we found some things that didn't work as expected/planned (not Jinani's fault). So we reached out via chat, was answered in minutes, and resolved in minutes by Deepan.
