The customer service is incredible. We have very complicated shipping rates dependent in many different factors. Janani has been on two zoom calls to help set up these rates. She is very knowledgeable and will check everything with a fine tooth comb. Would definitely recommend this app. Thanks.

All our question and clarifications have been addressed and we could not thank him enough for being professional. Shipeasy app - still on test mode but is now considering to subscribe. Helpful resources on the app itself.
