The support on this app is the best I have experienced. Before using the app we are able to test it to find out if it fits our needs. Our situation is a little complex with different shipping pricing for different range of products. Therefore additional coding was required from the developers who did it for free and once everything is tested we are confident to launch.

Customer service is superb just spent almost 3 hours to do a complex shipping profiles with Siva and he was very helpful and knowledgable. I wasted 3 weeks setting up with another app with no success and after downloading the app today and booking a zoom meeting, my shipping profiles are smoothly working now.
