Great app, serves the functions that we require of it and a few more that we currently dont.
Customer service's been fantastic and quick to respond, Deepan was especially helpful with the setup process.
Would recommend this app for anyone wanting more than the basic shipping options shopify has included.
Cant fault the service. Big issue with the app not pushing rates through to Google Merchants Centre via the Google & Youtube app so you can't use Google shopping ads.
Managed to work around this by adding a rate outside of ShipX updating and then deleting it.

As we discussed and verified together, the issue was not related to the ShipX app, but due to a temporary delay in the Google Merchant account, which has now been resolved. Even though this was outside our scope, we made sure to get on a call with you right away and work through it by comparing both of your stores.
