This app is a great solution for a more complex product ranges with varying weights, dimensions and carrier options. The customer support is also excellent!
Rajkumar was incredibly helpful in getting our ShipX setup exactly how we needed it. He took the time to understand our shipping requirements and implemented custom rules that fit our business perfectly.
He made the entire process smooth and easy, and thanks to his work, our site now runs seamlessly with the ShipX app!

Cant fault the service. Big issue with the app not pushing rates through to Google Merchants Centre via the Google & Youtube app so you can't use Google shopping ads.
Managed to work around this by adding a rate outside of ShipX updating and then deleting it.

As we discussed and verified together, the issue was not related to the ShipX app, but due to a temporary delay in the Google Merchant account, which has now been resolved. Even though this was outside our scope, we made sure to get on a call with you right away and work through it by comparing both of your stores. This is the level of support we always strive to provide to all our customers.
I also recall that after the call, you mentioned you would revisit the review. You’ve been a valued customer with us for several years, and we’ve always done our best to support you at every step. So, seeing this review for something not related to our app has been a bit disheartening for our team.
