This app has really robust and flexible functionality. They also have good product support, including being available to meet on Zoom to screenshare, so they can help set up more complicated shipping scenarios as needed. We have some byzantine requirements in our store, and I would be a bit lost trying to do everything self-serve, so this is SUPER helpful. I met today with the customer support rep Deepan; he was very patient and knowledgeable, and spent as much time as we needed to help fix my new setup request, making sure that all the scenarios I wanted were entered correctly and taking the time to double-check everything. Much appreciated!
Phantastische App, um verschiedene Versand- Tarife und -Szenarien zu verwalten. Ich kann wirklich jedes Szenario damit realisieren und wenn es mal ein problem gibt, hilft einem der Support innerhalb von Minuten, wie gerade eben... Danke an Vinduja und das ganze Team!
