Vignesh provided fantastic service. He has been great in helping me set up our complicated shipping rules for our website. I also have to say the app is great. It takes a little time to learn how to set up scenarios and rules, but once you do, it's super easy to use. If you are stuck, just reach out to support.
Confusing, but it works very well once set up.

The app offers a wealth of resources, including plenty of YouTube tutorials that make it easy to set up on your own. If you need assistance, their support team is fantastic. They respond to chat promptly and even offer the option to schedule Zoom calls for more in-depth help.
I took advantage of the Zoom call feature and had the pleasure of working with Vignesh, one of their support team members. He was incredibly helpful, patiently answering all my questions and providing practical solutions to the issues I was facing. Thanks to his guidance, I was able to get everything running smoothly.
