App ultimately didn't work for us (needed a way to connect the shipping rule to a customer tag) but the app is really easy to use and has very fast customer service.

I struggled to find an app that would suit my shipping needs, and tried more than 10. This app was the only one that provided the flexibility I needed, and as an added bonus, it's one of the easiest ones to use! Changing costs, shipping times, or which products get which rate is all easily done in bulk. I had some issues with making some shipping rates being only available to certain countries, but when I contacted the team they fixed it up quickly.

For sellers with multiple locations, if you want to set up rules to combine costs from those locations, this app can't help you. None of the apps from Shopify app store can help. Rules only work for items from 1 same location. Shopify treats items from 1 location as an independent order. If an order consisted of items from multiple locations, shipping will be calculated as location 1 cost + location 2 cost+...location n cost.

Very difficult to use. I'm a financial modeller. But still not good enough to make this app useful. I've read +watched their help material. Still can't crack it. Maybe I missed something. My main difficulty is to set up rules for a mixed order with items of different shipping methods. Setting up individual shipping method seems to be quick, e.g. flat rate, or most expensive tag etc. After setting up individual methods, i want to set up shipping rules for a whole order, charge the whole order X% of the total shipping cost, or charge the most expensive shipping method in the order. Of course I tried to ask for help. Live support is slow compared with Shopify, Printful. If questions asked at night time, it will transfer to email, takes about a good half day to get a reply, and i mean a reply , not necessarily a solution. similar to i ask you "how is the weather in UK now ?", what you get will be "you mean day time or night time?"

A pretty cool shipping app that allows a ton of customization with any variety of combinations of products. Great support chat to walk you through any questions. Can set shipping zone differences for the added fee as well which is great.

This app does what is promised: helps with unique shipping conditions, and very reasonable in price, compared to competitors. Very generous trial period! Fantastic and timely support! I am satisfied! My shipping puzzle is solved!

Really good support. We had a technical issue that was on Shopify side. Vladimir and dev team did everything they could to get this issue fixed for me.

Really quick support to help explain how it works and they helped talk me through configuration of the settings I needed for shipping rates.

Thanks to Eric for the outstanding tech help after installing the app. Very helpful. Eric responded within the hour (even sooner). The app does what exactly what I need it to do. I installed a similar one prior, only to delete it. Very happy to have landed with this one.

This app will work then while u sleep it will stop and will disable the shipping in your store, so you will wake up and find our messed up analytics and loss just because this app developer is a total rookie.

It doesn't work if you don't pay extra $20 ...you end up paying$33 a month to be able to use it is a trap

With distribution being a complicated and varied beast particularly when factoring eBay and worldwide distribution it's very welcoming to use an app that makes this aspect much less of a burden.

You need to tell people that your app is dependent upon third-party shipping rates in shopify and this will require at least $20 more money per month!!!

Very simple and straightforward app (in a good way!). Allows you to have customized shipping prices on the product level (if necessary also differentiated on the shipping zone level).

After having another shipping app suddenly crash, leaving our customers with no way of being able to complete their purchase, we installed Shipping Tags, and it has been a total lifesaver for us.
We have a variety of shipping methods for different products we sell, and this app can handle all of them with no problems.
At first I couldn't get it to do what we needed, so I sent a message to the devs, and they responded within a few hours. Unfortunately, we are on different time zones, so couldn't get together for them to set it up for us, but after playing around with the app it was very simple for me to set it all up by myself.
I highly recommend this app to everyone who needs unique shipping rules, regardless of where you live.

I just started using Shipping Tags. I was having some issues setting up the shipping tags and linking them to my products. Eric was very helpful and quickly answered all of my questions. I would recommend this app to others.
