I will use this app to provide tracking info for my customers. The set up was pretty easy but I wish I wasn't having so much trouble submitting this review.

Looks a little confusing to use but It was actually easier then I thought. Easy to navigate and easy to setup.

i just installed the app and it already seems to be a good one.
Not sure that I'm gonna still having it for free but it deserves the price

I just wanted to see the status of just about 20 shipments that happened on one day. I have been waiting for all day, not syncing, but that particular day, and it imported other dates and charged me already 40 dollars. I would like refund.

We are really sorry about the issue, the problem was that you run an import for a month (4/15 to 5/15) so our app tracks automatically all the orders. Please contact Shopify so they can run the refund for you.

A lot better than other ones, however, the pricing is not bad but for some reason, it says it can't find my order. But all good other wise
