Great customer service, easy to use, and most important of all, it solves the problem we had with sending customers to a third-party site, now we can integrate the tracking to our store instead, which is exactly what we needed!

I just wanted to see the status of just about 20 shipments that happened on one day. I have been waiting for all day, not syncing, but that particular day, and it imported other dates and charged me already 40 dollars. I would like refund.

We are really sorry about the issue, the problem was that you run an import for a month (4/15 to 5/15) so our app tracks automatically all the orders. Please contact Shopify so they can run the refund for you.

Just wanted to share my excitement on how easy it was install your tracking service on my Shopify website ( SinCityCouture.com ). Easy as Installing it and directing a URL to this tracker and it appears on your store. Does not get any easier and great user interface too. Many thanks!
Does what it claims.All mails and sms goes out automatically based on shipping transaction.
Looks a little confusing to use but It was actually easier then I thought. Easy to navigate and easy to setup.
