Application totalement fonctionnelle et d'une stabilité remarquable. Presque 4 ans d'utilisation et jamais de problème. L'outil est particulièrement intéressant pour nous sur son aspect préparation de commandes qui nous a permis de bien optimiser. On attend avec impatience une version qui permettra d'intégrer automatiquement les produits au catalogue ;-)

L’intégration avec Shopify via l’app fonctionne sans accroc, mais c’est surtout l’ensemble de la solution ShippingBo qui nous fait gagner un temps fou. Tout est bien pensé, clair et paramétrable selon nos besoins : commandes, stocks, suivis… tout est parfaitement synchronisé.

Depuis que j'utilise cette app, je n’ai eu aucun bug, aucun souci technique avec elle. Bien sûr il y a toujours des choses à ajuster lorsqu'on met en place une telle solution mais l’équipe a toujours été rapide et efficace quand j’ai eu une question ou un problème.

C’est rare de pouvoir dire ça d’une app e-commerce, mais dans mon cas, ça fonctionne vraiment bien, tout simplement. Un outil fiable que je recommande sans hésiter. (l'app oui - mais surtout shippingbo)
