We have spent ALOT of money with this app due to our high volume. We reached out to them because out of THIRTY apps that we use for our store, this was the ONLY one that had not updated so we could use Shopify’s location services - something we asked Shopify for because we desperately needed especially with the holiday season approaching. We even were part of a call with Shopify to test the features before they rolled it out. We told ShippingEasy that we were going to need to switch to ShipStation because we could not go into the holiday season without this key feature. We were told that their update would be available in four days from our call. Yet here we are TWO AND A HALF WEEKS after the PROMISED update and they still have not gotten it completed. They clearly just lied to us to get us to stay and we stupidly trusted them. It’s now Black Friday and we are in our second peak which means shipping 200+ orders a day. However, the chore of managing inventory at multiple locations impacts are service level.
Pissed.
Matthew Fox helped me out with my store recently. Couldn't ask for a better platform. Super easy to use, and the customer service is unmatched!

So far, I'm impressed, especially with the support. I've barely touched the surface of what all this can do. Trying to wrap my head around daily "procedures" and "processes" in addition to learning what all ShippingEasy can do for me. I don't subscribe to the inventory management piece of it yet but I am probably going to do that as soon as I master the shipping processes. My DYMO S100 scales works great with it. I set up both a Domestic and International Endicia account. Then, I added the domestic account number and passphrase to Endicia's desktop software so I could also print regular postage stamps too. And Dillon rocked the chat support. Thanks so much.

Shippingeasy has been my favorite shipping program. I have been using them for over 5+ years at their beginning stages. The platform itself is easy to use and works flawlessly for my operations. Customer support has been amazing when I experience any issues. From easy chat support or phone call, shippingeasy will be there for you. They helped with integrations as well and everyone there is down to earth. Appreciate yall.
I think it works great. It seems a little bit complicating, but not too difficult to use it.
Wish I could put 5+ review as this company is just great! We have been using ShippingEasy for years now. Savings are much better than Shopify shipping. AND, it ties in with multiple stores. Perfect for true drop ship when you need to use another companies name / address to drop ship for your customers. Uses all shipping services, just choose how you want to ship. Updates your store automatically to fulfill your orders which in turn automatically sends an email to your customer with the tracking information. Edit packing slips to show the information you want shown and add your own text, etc. I can't say enough about ShippingEasy. They are just fabulous! https://www.dogcollarfancy.com

This is a really fantastic app..... for the most part.
My issues:
They don't provide any First Class mail options without a Dymo Endicia account.
If you need to send a lot of items First Class Mail then you're paying at minimum $17/month right off the bat for the functionality of ShippingEasy.
I'm still going to give this app a Happy Face because obviously there only so many of us cheapskate startups that primarily use first class mail, and in every other way this App kicks ass, I'll just have to wait until we're not in the red to use it.
It's seamlessly integrated with Shopify, with great rates WAY cheaper than if I shipped directly on the USPS site. Everything is easily tracked, customers are kept up to date, and the interface is stellar and easy to use. Their customer support is phenomenal!
