I've been using ShippingEasy for several years, previously with WooCommerce integration and now with Shopify. It also integrates with Amazon & Etsy so that I can manage everything related to shipping and inventory. I honestly don't know other small businesses don't know about this great software - it's better than ShipStation, Ship Pirate or Stamps.com I recommend it to everyone.

It's a decently integrated app, but they try to implement too many features and don't do the basics well. Their rudimentary paste and parse address for a quick shipment fails horribly with even the simplest addresses. I've reported this issue several times and still no update after 6 months. A first year programmer could implement this feature more reliably! I would find something better for my complete business shipping solution.

While in the process of setting up our store we had some questions. Every time we reached out to customer service we got someone to talk to immediately. All customer service staff is very friendly and patient. In particular Micah was always able to help us adequately thanks to his knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Really great customer support. Cory helped on the line with UPS to get through a complicated set-up process with them. What great customer service. Highly recommend!

Bailey was great! Super knowledgable, very informative, and most importantly he was extremely helpful! Cant say enough great things about Shipping easy, the most impressive being the customer service. We have used other services in the past to fulfill shipping services for our company, but shipping easy stands by its name and makes the process EASY!

ShippingEasy has been an incredible asset for us in managing our shipping & logistical needs. It has always come through for us without much issue and whenever we have had any technical issues they've been quickly addressed. I've reached out to Rewa Welch multiple times and she has immediately taken care of my technical support issues. She takes ownership as if she was an owner of the company which is a rare find! Kudos to ShippingEasy for everything and for having an excellent team behind them!

We've been using Shippingeasy for a long time, works great! Jacen just helped us out with an issue (our mistake actually, nothing wrong with the app) really cool and knowledgeable, love the live chat feature.

This app has saved us so much time and eliminates errors from retyping address. I love that it accesses both our website and ebay stores.

ShippingEasy is aptly named. It has hundreds of different cool features, but the thing I care about most is how EASY it is to do the simple things. In only a couple minutes, I can create and print a label for any order. I highly recommend this service.

Seamless! Customers purchase my products, and ta da! Shipping Easy has the order info, including those valuable customer notes, and the order is in my queue. I use their app as my order/shipping management from other platforms too like Etsy, Amazon, as well as Shopify. This makes my order management an absolute breeze. I can even add manual orders and the order details so I don’t miss a thing. Integrates with UPS, FedEx and USPS as well as others. Lifesaver! They have never overcharged me, not once!
