It is so rare to have great customer service from an online company. These folks are really nice, efficient, and made my experience setting up my account very easy and pleasant. They followed up with me and never made me feel bad or pressured. So far I really like the service!
Just switched to Shipping Easy from a previous shipping app. It's far superior in pretty much every way. Much better flow and interface than what I was previously using. Not to mention, still being a company with a relatively small shipping volume every month - the fact that they only charge shipping costs - not an additional fee, is awesome. Very happy with them.
Easy to use. No monthly fees if you opt for the basic version. Integrates well with Shopify - automatically updates with tracking information. A fantastic shipping tool for small businesses. Customer service is very responsive.
Amazing Support. I went to Live Chat, and was answered within seconds, with the problem solved in minutes. (Wasn't there problem, was an issue with the store writing the address wrong). Anyways! Perfect! Give them a go, won't regret it!
Where is the FedEx Ground option?
Seems to work for US destinations, but not Canadian destinations.

A little weird to use and the prices are higher than USPS. Don't about prices for other carriers. Contacted live chat and had good experience, until I did not receive the email I was promised by the chat person. This happened twice.
It seems like exactly what we need, but they haven't been able to send us a verification email on the 2 accounts we tried, so, I guess that's a bad start.
Ironically named ShippingEasy when it is nothing but difficult. The interface isn't bad, but when bugs do come up, don't expect any help. Their sales staff is easy to reach, bugging you by chat everytime you go to their site, but try to get support, good luck!!! The forums are useless taking days to get a response, and email is even worse with message going completely unanswered. Don't expect this to change anytime soon, the company was bought by Stamps.com, notorious for their terrible customer service.
