Their customer service is AMAZING. I needed assistance integrating from USPS to Fed Ex One Rate and they were SO helpful! They were very thorough, went through the whole process with me, and in the end everything worked perfectly.

Excellent app. Our entire labeling and shipping process takes maybe 5 minutes where before we were doing the cut/paste with usps which took well over an hour each day. The developer has even been in touch by phone a couple of times just to see how everything is going. A personal touch not often seen. We tried the three other "top reviewed" apps and the interfaces were unfriendly and too complex for a low volume shipper like us. With the free endicia account, you can't beat the price! Very impressed with their product and support.

THIS APP SAVED US! Katelyn and the crew at shipping easy saved us from single printing on Shopify. What took me 4 hours, now takes me 20 minutes! I am amazed in a happy way :) They are incredibly helpful and available.

ShippingEasy is extremely user-friendly and the reports are great.

I must, however, speak on my customer service experience.

Mattew was AWESOME!!! He was patient, very helpful and extremely knowledgable!

I am not exaggerating when I say he was with me through my printer issues non-stop for almost four hours. He was never ill-tempered or short with me. I am pretty tech savvy and neither one of us good figure it out!

We finally did after much uninstalling and reinstalling and closing and deleting and much more. He finally figured it out and because of the experience today I will know what to do the next time this happens.

Have used Shipping Easy now for almost 3 years, and it keeps getting better! I think it's a pretty intuitive app, love that it auto-fulfills my shipped packages, shows me when my packages have been delivered, shows me orders that have the same mailing address to combine orders, and really saves us time! A must-have app for shipping!
