We are a small fulfillment center that uses Shipping Easy to integrate with our client's Shopify stores to fulfill their orders.

The customer service from Shipping Easy has been vital in allowing us to move our business forward!

With their help, we have been able to setup the software to run multiple stores and process out client's orders with ease...

James, Jessica, and a few other team members have been invaluable!

Just started on SE, but the setup was smooth as Jacen and the customer service team there were very beneficial. They made it easy to ask questions and to work toward getting the very most of the services SE has to offer, with a much lower rate than our previous system.

We ship from our website, Amazon, and Etsy. You can tell right away that ShippingEasy has their act together—making it easier for us to literally keep our act together (everything coordinated in one place.)
We're still bootstrapping so it's great that ShippingEasy offers different levels of service. Great support pages and costumer service! They got back to me the same day when I had a question. Seems like this app is a keeper—it already works great, and apparently they're always improving it.

We've recently switched from a much more expensive system to shipping easy and are super please so far with how things are working. The customer service team is always available and super helpful, especially Matthew and Isabel- thank you! Being able to integrate multiple stores is helping to keep our business running smoothly

We decided to change from a 3rd party fulfillment center to doing it ourselves but we weren't sure how to handle shipping and manage our inventory. ShippingEasy does this for us, along with customer marketing. We should be able to remove the other app that we use just for customer marketing. ShippingEasy's customer support is amazing too! I have been able to chat for a few minor questions and then had a great onboarding call to get everything set up. I highly recommend ShippingEasy.

Update 12/17 - we have been using ShippingEasy for about 4 months now and the company is still amazing! The app is easy to use, shipping is extremely easy with great rates, and customer service is top notch. The representatives answer my questions and provide instructions so I'm able to obtain the information I need on my own. Melody was very helpful this morning when I chatted with her.

the support staff is the differentiating factor with Shipping Easy. Shipping Easy's support is phenomenal. They respond quickly and with helpful answers, and support issues are resolved very fast. It's a huge difference between them and other competitors.

I've used a lot of shipping apps, and this is one of the best. There is a clear and concerted effort to try to improve and help customers with easily accessible customer service. It's not perfect, no shipping app is, but they are clearly trying to become perfect and that's huge.

I had an issue syncing/authorizing a store, I called the store and did what they said, but it did not work. I then called ShippingEasy, and the woman I spoke with was SUPER helpful. She stayed on the phone with me until the issue was resolved (and it was resolved). I wish I had contacted ShippingEasy first, I could not be more pleased with the customer service :)
