I use this app to manage our shipping process through FedEx. The Shipping Easy team has been excellent in helping us match our shipping workflow to theirs. I highly recommend using this app.

This app is truly amazing. It really saves time when creating your shipping labels and I love the way the tracking information streamlines back the orders. As with the other comments the customer service is amazing. Bailey was awesome. Really great app to have!!!

I love this app. Their customer support is fantastic (you call, they answer, and help) -- but even more impressive is the speed of updates / features. They pump out new features incredibly quickly, and even added a small feature that I called in to request on the phone! All I can say is wow.

Have used Shipping Easy now for almost 3 years, and it keeps getting better! I think it's a pretty intuitive app, love that it auto-fulfills my shipped packages, shows me when my packages have been delivered, shows me orders that have the same mailing address to combine orders, and really saves us time! A must-have app for shipping!

We use shipping easy to send out our books and it works great! Everything syncs in and it is very user-friendly. Today I used the chat feature to speak with Tom who helped me get an email campaign set up, he was very helpful and I always love sites that have a chat feature rather than having to make a call! After 3 years of manually entering shipping info on our fedex account, I decided to get a shipping easy account. This has saved us not only money, but hours of shipping time. The platform is easy to use and is a no-brainer to use for all businesses. Can't believe it took us this long to utilize. We are a forever shipping easy customer now!

I signed up and began using ShippingEasy right away and ran into an issue I couldn't solve. I sent a request for help but before I heard back, a customer service person called to set up a time for a tutorial. Well, she helped me with my problem (and I got the same info from the help desk in an email!) and I made an appointment. I am so glad I did. This has saved me time, made our little pottery look professional and made this past holiday shipping craze liveable. Beginning businesses should use this and take those extra minutes for something only they can do. Thanks!

ShippingEasy is the best shipping app I have ever used. We have 3 Shopify Stores that we integrate, plus Amazon and some manual orders. Very simple to use, but it's still very advanced with anything and everything you could possibly want. It connects with UPS, USPS and Fedex as well as others.
I can any report that I might need, and it has many settings so you can adjust to the uniqueness of your company. Also is very easy to print using categories to do certain label batches at a time. Best customer support you could want, they don't hide their contact details like some other large companies. They will make any situation right.
Definitely consider ShippingEasy!

You cannot create irregular package sizes (poly bags). Otherwise easy to use, but seems a bit lame that of all the effort they put into building this, they leave this out.
