ShippingEasy has worked very well for us! We really enjoy using it once we got all the specifics figured out, we actually never used USPS before this and only used UPS we are saving us and our customers so much money by having the ability to use both though.

We use a Zebra Thermal Printer with shipping easy to print the labels and it works flawlessly we only had one small problem with a odd sized shipping box, and i contacted support about it. She promised to follow up with me, and get back to me with a solution.. which she did!

So they are reliable, the support is helpful and they follow through on what they say they will do. Our service department has gotten fast at using this tool!

This app has been a lifesaver for me! It really speeds up the shipping process and their customer service is top notch! Bailey has worked with me in getting everything set up and has been a HUGE help! If I ever have a question or concern I simply chat or call in and they are right on it. I definitely recommend this app!

I was having a hard time trying to find a way to ship first class orders for the various online stores I have. ShippingEasy solved the problem in a jiffy. Love the seamless integration with my ebay, amazon, etsy and shopify stores. I am a happy customer.

After 3 years of manually entering shipping info on our fedex account, I decided to get a shipping easy account. This has saved us not only money, but hours of shipping time. I chose ShippingEasy as my shipping partner when I first launched my shop, and I have been very happy with that decision, their service and support! Today was a great example as I spoke with Bailey, who was very helpful, and only quickly addressed the questions I had, but also offered some suggestions to consider. He also offered to look into a question I had about rate differences (more) between what Shopify Real-Time Shipping is charging my customers for FedEx and what ShippingEasy - and FedEx for that matter - would charge me for the same item. There are so many things to juggle every day running a shop in today's world, and I strongly believe that you have to take the time to pick the best partners you can to help you succeed. I believe ShippingEasy is one of those for me and my shop.
