Shipping Easy is a breeze to use! I love the way it's set up. Syncing your online store is a cinch, and even syncing multiple stores is no problem. Beyond the user friendly app and the features is offers, the customer service is out of this world! There just isn't an issue they aren't able to help you with. :-) Highly recommend to new business owners and established as well. Taylor has helped more times than I can count, and Melody has been great too! Thanks so much SE Team!

We use shipping easy to send out our books and it works great! Everything syncs in and it is very user-friendly. Today I used the chat feature to speak with Tom who helped me get an email campaign set up, he was very helpful and I always love sites that have a chat feature rather than having to make a call! We have worked with Shipping Easy for almost 2 years and we will never use anyone else. We used a different shipping management system before this one and there is NO comparison. Corey is AWESOME and has helped me numerous times because I am just an average Joe who has lots of questions! They never make me feel stupid and always answer my questions! Anytime we call their Customer Service line, we always get a live person and their customer service team is phenomenal! We LOVE working with this company and their awesome team!
