I've used ShippingEasy pretty much every day for the last 2 years and love it. Great customer service and easy to use. And it's recommended on The Product Boss podcast for product biz entrepreneurs.

I just did an online chat with Jose to help me change my "Ship From" address. I had changed it under Settings, but it wasn't showing up on the labels. He told me where to go to make the change (within Shopify that transfers to Shipping Easy) and it fixed my problem immediately. Helpful and resolved!

ShippingEasy is the best shipping program we've used and we have been using them for over 5 years. They keep updating the features and making it better. You can connect directly with all of the major carriers and chose which one you want to ship an order with easily. The packing slips can be customized to your preferences along with some automation features to make your life easier. Plus it is easy to setup!

The customer support team is awesome. Our last support request was promptly and professionally handled by Melody. Their goal is to make you a customer for life. I highly recommend ShippingEasy!

I have been shipping product around the globe since 1994. As the internet evolved and made its way into the world technology evolved and apps were born. 2019 we have so many choices and so many reviews... some we know are fake, some we know are real but we all want what is best for our business. When it comes to reviews, I leave the good, the bad, and the ugly, unlike those that just had a bad day and then wanted to let the world know they had a bad experience. Most of the bad is from people that just do not get it and should not be in the technology realm.
I can tell you I am a techno junky, I do not like to listen to a lot of reviews, however if this helps anyone like it would me then so be it. I go back to the day and time when you had to have a custom program written and integrate into your shopping cart. It wasn't pretty but way more efficient than one at a time. This was the difference of taking all weekend to pack 30 orders and barley get them out Monday afternoon. Since then with more demand and needs for our customers more apps started popping up. I tried almost every single one of them. Most were so incredibly complicated it still took forever to ship product effectively. When we hit 150 plus orders a day, 7 days a week, we finally found Shippingeasy. And wow does the name fit well! It literally blows the competition out of the water! Not only is it easy, but the tech support when and if it is needed is mind blowing and should be a industry standard in customer service. The people have even helped me with issues that did not have to do with there software! This is unheard of! The support is instant! and the support is personable! ShippingEasy has had the biggest impact on our business of any app in the app store. Outstanding product & support team. I spoke to Tom about shipping presets and rules and he walked me through the whole process. He answered all my questions clearly and didn't make me feel being a pain. Thank you very much, Tom! Problem solved!

We love Shippingeasy! They help us ship like a BIG business, even though we are small biz. They are continually making improvements to their product that allows us to ship even faster and save time & money.

The customer services if top-notch. We personally love the Chat option. The Chat employees are not only very knowledgeable, but they are also extremely helpful and willing to go the extra step to help you.

We feel like the pricing we get for shipping is the best we can find anywhere.

Shipping Easy has been a huge benefit to our business. It provides a lot more options and flexibility for shipping than Shopify did, and their customer support is incredible!

By far the best shipping company. I signed up with Caitlin a few years ago and she was a total rockstar she made it so easy for me to understand. I enjoy the chat support because I am always on the go. They are always so helpful and friendly. I actually spoke to Josh on chat this morning and he fixed my issue quickly and friendly. 5 stars just isn't enough for ShippingEasy
