I had an issue syncing/authorizing a store, I called the store and did what they said, but it did not work. I then called ShippingEasy, and the woman I spoke with was SUPER helpful. She stayed on the phone with me until the issue was resolved (and it was resolved). I wish I had contacted ShippingEasy first, I could not be more pleased with the customer service :)

Their account managers are awesome and Bailey has always been there is assist us when needed plus enhance our shipping tools to make it even easier to ship...Bailey is very knowledgeable and a great person to work with anytime! I tried a couple of competitors. Their prices were too high for the volume of business we were doing at launch. Shippingeasy is super-easy to set up and run.

Great app with EXCELLENT customer service. So far it does everything we need it to do. Whenever we have a problem I just call or chat with them and they help me figure it out.

We have been using this app for years. I love how easy it is for all of the orders to show up and how easy it is to refund and duplicate a label if you make a mistake. Having it hooked up to shopify in our recent transition has been really easy, & seamless. We have always had good support from the customer service team for years now. The shipping easy app has really made life much easier over the years.
