BEWARE! Please do no download shipping easy. Customer service is horrible. I was on hold for 30 minutes before I was able to speak with a representative. I purchased postage and was charged twice. I contacted customer service and they stated they would be able to refund the charge. PERFECT! 5 minutes later I get a call stating that they can't return the charge because it was not there problem it is the postage company problem. This is not the worse part. To solve my issue the representative told me to close my shipping easy account and money will be returned within 7-10 business. As a company the objective is to keep customers not run them away. Rep then stated that you will eventually use the money! Horrible way to treat a new customer! THEY DO NOT CARE! I just started my company and every dollar counts. PLEASE DO NOT DOWNLAOD THIS APP.

Orders are not converting over. Holding for hours, goes to voicemail . Then no response on chat - not trustworthy

Contrary to the name, my experience has been difficult. I couldn't sign up for the courier accounts through onebalance because every credit card got declined. I then deleted the app, but continued to get charged $30/month. Be careful with their sneaky business practices.

Installed ShippingEasy after promised discounted Ground shipping rates, but their rates were actually higher than most similar programs. Reached out to customer service several times and never heard back, despite getting spammed with marketing emails from them. I then deleted my account and removed the app through Shopify before trial was up, but was still charged nearly $32 because I did not jump through the extra steps of deleting my account through their website. Absolutely terrible, not sure if this is even a real company but convinced it is a scam.

We've used USPS.com and Shippo before trying this one....we will be returning to those two platforms.

Not sure how this app received so many 5 star reviews. It's clunky, confusing and overall difficult.
Also, wastes entire sheets of paper for labels. We have changed the size settings for our labels FOUR times, made sure to save the settings, yet and still, it continues to print one HUGE label on each sheet of paper.

Uninstalling this app and returning to Shippo.

After I watched all the videos on their web side I booked a slot for 30 min to talk to the expert - as they offer on the web side to run demos. I prepared and sent them prior few questions which I wanted to get answered. I launch my eshop in 2 months and I started to work on this. And I thought shipping easy will be part. When I started to talk to the expert lady, she hang up the phone after 5 minutes of talking. So I wrote her back that she should call me ( I also called her but nobody was answering) and I got from her the email that they need to focus on clients who pay ( not those that are on free plan up to 50 shipments monthly.) But this info is not on the web side!
So I booked another slot for later today. I got a phone call which last 1 minute. The phone was disconnected so I called back. Again only answering machine. So I wrote an email and I got back following that the shipping easy expert is not not quite sure what happened there, but we got disconnected and couldn't get back through. And that he saw from the notes that I have already spoken to another colleague - as they explained, we only run demos for customers with active shipping volume. And I should look again on their web side.
I cannot evaluate the application by itself as I have not started yet but the servis is absolutly awfull. I will for sure not go ahead with them and will look for another provider who can deliver service too.

This app is pretty great, within minutes I was printing USPS first class shipping labels that were cheaper overall than putting stamps on mailers.

From spending way more time at the post office this morning, to printing labels and having customers emailed tracking numbers by this afternoon the app is a huge help. Plus I pay less on the shipping, not a single downside.

This application was also far easier to use and get running, and looked much more like an extension of shopify than the others I tried, most of those overly complicated.

Recently switched to ShippingEasy from Shippo!

With Shippo I Had issues linking my UPS account from day one and customer service reps i talked to were of no help (but I figured out why once I switched to ShippingEasy, explanation below).

The straw that broke the camel's back was when DHL rates just stopped working yesterday, and I kept getting errors when trying to make UPS labels.; which forced us to enter the order address one by one manually into DHL and UPS websites to purchase labels. Customer service told me that the only option for UPS to work again would be for me to go through and update every single one of my product titles to not include hypens or quotation marks, even though that was never an issue to begin with. I think this is just a lazy rep blaming the issue on the customer instead of actually looking into the problem. In the past few months that I have used Shippo I have talked to several customer service reps and I don't think any of them are fully qualified and trained to help, as bad as that sounds.

I just switched to ShippingEasy, which lives up to it's name. I had a phone call walking me through the set up and shipping process AND I was able to link my UPS account effortlessly because ShippingEasy has everything step by step with screen captures so you can easily follow along.

WHY SHIPPO DIDN'T WORK: My UPS account would not link with Shippo because Shippo kept telling me that the control ID number is optional. However, it is definitely needed for it to synch properly and can ONLY be found by downloading a .pdf of a previous bill. NONE of the customer service reps I spoke to ever mentioned the control ID number and yet ShippingEasy had it RIGHT THERE in their screen capture walk through of the process.

I'd rather pay for an app that does exactly what I want, versus a free one where I keep having issues and end up having to do orders manually.

Steer clear of Shippo and bite the bullet and spend the money for ShippingEasy, it's worth it!!!

So far so good! I have used both Ship Station & Shipping Easy and I would like to say Shipping Easy is currently my preference. The ability to connect or have quick 'Chat' assistance when connecting shipping or sales platform accounts is easy and the review based off of sales platform is also extremely helpful, especially when looking over your shipping overhead costs. I would recommend and would reach out to the app if I feel as though they are missing something that the brand needs to have a seamless shipping process.
