We use this app with ALL our shipping. It works very well and very intuitive. The best part is inventory control. Our products inventory are synced over the 5 channels that we sell on.

Wow! The application is amazing! It allowed us to ship 1200 orders in 1 day from a flash sale - and it was so easy. The best part of it is the customer service. I called, what seems like a million times, and was hand held though everything. Don't hesitate to call - there is no reason to suffer through it! Once I got understood how to use it, it is so simple and gratifying. My favorite features: identifying invalid address (we would have shipped about 20 incorrectly without it), combining orders (it identifies orders to the same address so you can put them together - we have about 100 orders that were combined to 50 shipments), and the amazing sorting capabilities. Bravo - I am a convert!

5+++ I only wish I'd called support day one as they are awesome. Seriously, after one year of using Shipping Easy and loving it, I finally got around to calling support and they helped me create a list of very specific shipping rules that help our orders sort into the best shipping category saving me and our warehouse hours of manual effort and time. I would not run an e-commerce store without this app. There service is over the top as we are preparing to send thousands of orders to fulfill our recent Kickstarter. Really love the Shipping Easy app for managing our Shopify order shipments. It is easy to use when shipping multiple orders at once and I have tried a few different shipping options with this in mind. Shipping Easy is the only one that has all the features for bulk shipping that we need. I do wish they had a few more options with customizing the packing slips. We don't use them currently, but I am hopeful they will expand on that. I also would love to use their email marketing, but they have a few missing features there that we need and already use with Mailchimp. Hoping as the company grows, so will these additional features/add-ons and we will be able to use more of what they have to offer.

Unmatched customer service! Super helpful articles. Every rep I've spoken to has been friendly and knowledgeable. (Emma helped us get SKUs up and running in no time, Evan was great with helping out with bundling SKUs properly) And the ShippingEasy website itself is simple to navigate and learn.
