Completely blown away by Shippingeasy's customer service! I was lucky enough to get help from Clyde and Bryan today! They absolutely killed it. So friendly and super kind. They helped solve my printing issue with ease. I love knowing they are a phone call away. No operator options, just directly linked to amazing SE employees! Keep up the stellar work, Clyde and Bryan! :)
This app is easy to install, and the customer service is A+. Does everything I needed for shipping and more, including maintaining inventory, which is really helpful!
Shipping Easy has saved me HOURS...MANY HOURS!!! It was a God-send. We'd released a new book and the response was incredible. The first few days of printing labels through Shopify took hours. Once I found shipping easy and could do things like batch like orders...what had taken me 12+ hours took me merely minutes. Seriously. AMAZING. And the support team has been INCREDIBLE. Always. I have never gotten someone who wasn't beyond helpful.
Any and every time I have had a question, the Shipping Easy support line staff has been able to talk me through a quick and painless solution. They are pleasant, professional and ALWAYS available. This is certainly the best customer service I have ever experienced. Kudos!
So far so good. We switched to ShippingEasy after working with a low-cost budget label creating software but they were incredibly analog and took way too long to create, sync, and print labels with Shopify. ShippingEasy has allowed us to cut our fulfillment time by over half. The features I particularly like are the automation of label creation based on rules, and InstantLabel which will automatically print the labels. This has allowed us to go from creating each label one-by-one, copying tracking over to Shopify, and printing and packing with our old system (~1.5 hrs a day before being able to pack), to now coming in each day and having all the labels automatically created, printed, synced, and ready to ship.
There are still some things that need to be addressed (like some orders not being synced automatically...I've been waiting on a fix for this one for the last 3 months) but overall, I really don't have much to complain about.
Increased our shipping efficiency 3x. Incredible support and product.
Have to pay a monthly fee to get the lower rates, but we ship so often that we end up savings TONS of money monthly from the discounted rates even with the fee included. The order syncing has also worked well for us, we haven't had any issues.
We've been using ShippingEasy since the fall of 2016 and are extremely pleased with their service and customer support. We would recommend this to all that are looking to have all their sales pulled into one source for shipping...it's like their name says - ShippingEasy!
I worked with Brandon Harrison today just after installing the application....Knowledgeable isn't a word I would use because the word doesnt carry enough credit!! If I need to ever call back I sincerely hope I get him or another rep just like him
We are never disappointed when we need help. More company's should give this much attention to "GREAT" customer service. Thanks support team for all you do.
