Excellent app if you have one store. If you have more than one, it is a bit of a pain to make sure it logged in to the correct store. It also didn't figure the postage correctly for my second store. It does work very well for single shop accounts only.
Edit: I was notified by the developer that a second store can be added for $5 per month.

Working great so far, web app performance is much better than some of the competition. Customer support was very patient helping us with a printer driver issue.

We ship about 100 packages a week during our peak season and we've been using the app for almost a full year and we are very pleased with the functionality and improvements to the platform. We only gave it 4 stars..not because there are any reasons to hesitate to choose Shipping Easy.. there are a few things we'd like to see implemented in future updates. The main one is the way the app reports back to Shopify on partially filled orders...(and this may be a problem with Shopify more than Shipping Easy) but we often have orders with split fulfillment...meaning we fill some at one warehouse and some are filled from the manufacturer.. right now if we select only the items we're sending through Shipping Easy, the app cannot tell Shopify.. "don't mark everything as shipped..only these items" so when the customer gets an email it appears everything is shipped. But, again, that may be more of a Shopify issue... so bottom line if you're considering a shipping platform you won't go wrong with this one. We left Shippo after only 4 or 5 months to come to Shipping Easy because it was that much better.

Edit: Decided to try this app again after a few weeks and my comment stands. Their support is worse than ever. Quite possibly one of the most garbage apps on the store with some of the worst customer service there is. I reached out the first time during their "on" hours and no one picked dup or answered the chat. I reached out an hour later again via chat and got stuck with an useless agent who was practically unable to do anything.

Using Shipping Easy was one of the best business decisions we have made. No more waiting on line at the post office! It is easy to use and the support and training from ShippingEasy was perfect. I highly recommend ShippingEasy without hesitation.

Wow! Just WOW! This app truly is amazing with all that it can do to manage, sort, filter, and help you deliver with labels, shipping management and so much more.

But the real secret (and amazing part) about ShippingEasy is their incredible support staff. You can talk to a real person. And everyone I've spoken with has been very competent and helpful... even for complex questions. They'll spend hours on the phone with you, if needed, to make sure you're successful with the app and what you need for your business.

With folks I've spoken with like Isabela, Ray, and Emma, I've never left a conversation without problems solved and my business continuing to make money.

Highly recommended.

BEWARE!! I just found out that they are over charging me for shipping on the back end for well over a month. Their label 'buy button' charge is much higher than the actual charge to your account. Check your history! Over a week and still no resolution from support. I have to keep calling for an update. I even spoke with the manager Brandon & Matt Jared etc and still no communication.

Shipping Easy was a perfect service for many months, then in the last 4 weeks they seem to have fallen apart. After an overnight "update" our templates were corrupted, our logo was distorted, some information went missing from out packing lists, and every time they try to fix it something else goes wrong. It's been buggy for 4 weeks now, and even with repeated calls and hours on the phone with their support people, they can't seem to fix the system. Lately they have been failing to update our Shopify store when orders ship, and on the packing lists we see "Liquid Error: wrong number of arguments (1 for 2)" which is ridiculous. We're getting ready to swtich...we can't put up with this anymore.
