ShippingEasy

So far so good! I have used both Ship Station & Shipping Easy and I would like to say Shipping Easy is currently my preference. The ability to connect or have quick 'Chat' assistance when connecting shipping or sales platform accounts is easy and the review based off of sales platform is also extremely helpful, especially when looking over your shipping overhead costs. I would recommend and would reach out to the app if I feel as though they are missing something that the brand needs to have a seamless shipping process.

stamps.com cancer app. They are trash - the whole company is garbage and should not be trusted with anything to do with your Shopify store. They tried to call me and tell me they had better prices and I laughed in their face. They are scammers and all these reviews are by indian store review farmers to give you a better impression. Delete this cancer from your store ASAP.

I am new to ShippingEasy, and they do not exaggerate when they say easy! The customer service is spectacular. I spoke with Tori today, and she was kind, smart, and efficient.

Recently, I was able to install the "ConnectEasy" program. Therefore I have updated my rating to a 5/5. I found some time and went to a 3rd party source to download the file. After downloading the program, I restarted and it popped up on my screen.

Also, I received a voicemail whom I believe is ShippingEasy customer service. Unfortunately, I was not able to take that call at the time. But the fact that they followed-up on this review (I did not ask), shows how outstanding their customer service is. I will be re-installing ShippingEasy and recommend this over any other Shipping apps on Shopify.

This review is based on a Free Trial of Basic.
I loved all the features this App had on Shopify! That is, till I attempted to download "ConnectEasy" which seems to be required in order to print labels.. Each attempt at installing this program, I received an internal error from ConnectEasy. It will NOT let me install on my Windows 10 computer. I turned off all my Firewall(s) so that could not have been it. I even asked my neighbor (computer programmer) to come and take a look. She did not know either but mentioned it was related to the program itself. I never had an issue downloading any programs till I came across ConnectEasy. Why must we download a program to print labels? I also have an ebay account and had no issues printing labels because it does NOT require a program to download. I would have loved to continue troubleshooting it but I can't be wasting more time like this.

I opened an account with them and looked around, tried getting started and then decided it was not the best fit for me. I deleted the app and the next day received THREE phone calls from them starting at 7:30am and messages as well as an email. I told them I cancelled my account and didn't need it. Received a 4th phone call again and he even acknowledged that I cancelled and yet he was still insisting on setting up an on-boarding with me. Extremely pushy. There are better apps out there and for better prices (which they argue).

Cant sign up as it does not recognize Toronto as being a city in Ontario Canada. Duh.

Could not set up a USPS account through Shipping Easy. Despite having the correct shipping/billing address, Shipping Easy APP kept giving a "Billing address could not be verified with USPS" error code. Tech support was quick to respond to my call but could offer no solution. Had to delete APP less than 30 minutes after installing.

You cannot create irregular package sizes (poly bags). Otherwise easy to use, but seems a bit lame that of all the effort they put into building this, they leave this out.

I installed the app - then uninstalled and it is still charging me. I need to dispute the charges but there is no good way to get in touch with anyone.

Funky experience with creating an account on their system, then they take all your data, and the only way to get an option to delete your account is to give them a credit card, because the "delete my account" button is hidden under "Billing and Subscription".

Lack of customer support email or phone for new users on their website is pretty icky, and the worst thing is that I got a random call from someone in Texas asking me if I wanted a demo. I did not agree to be solicited via phone.

Not recommended.
