We LOVE this software. Realistically, it has saved us at least 50% total labor hours in processing our orders on Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, Ebay and other e-commerce platforms. In addition, there is one gentleman who works for ShippingEasy that is about the most exceptional customer advocate we could possibly imagine. If we have had any issues, they get resolved almost immediately. We highly recommend this Shipping Software. (Note: we switched from ShipRush, which we had used for well over 5 years. ShippingEasy is a game changer over our previous shipping software.)

Running your own business after a corporate career where you expect others to do all the work is not happing. When orders come to us via the web and Shopify you need to process them quickly with little hassle. Shipping Easy is the answer. No more copy and pasting into Stamps.com domestically and even worse with international (copying and pasting first, last, street, etc.) or fumbling around with Paypal and shipping there. I love orders but actually hated being handcuffed with the process. ShippingEasy has changed my business life lets me batch and set packaging, push a button and print all packaging slips and labels at once. And their customer service is very helpful too. Following a national TV experience we went from Shippo to ShippingEasy. We simply had to to handle the HUGE jump in order volume. And I'm glad we did. ShippingEasy makes it super easy to batch print large numbers of orders at once with a single click.

And their customer service is off the charts. Cory patiently answered all of my questions and actually did a lot of the work himself, ensuring everything went smoothly. I highly recommend!

Great customer service and help getting us setup. Looking forward to using this system. Aside from helping us be more efficient, the savings on shipping is the best part.

Where have you been all our lives?! =) We love Shipping Easy! Before we used USPS Click n Ship and had to manually enter EVERYTHING! Plus we could only ship Priority mail from home. We'd have to go to the post office and stand in line to do our 1st class/media mail shipments. But NOW shipping easy lets us do everything from home!! It is FANTASTIC! Super easy to use too! Thank you Shipping Easy for helping this non profit be more efficient!

ShippingEasy has been a terrific app for us, integrated with our Shopify store. Highly configurable, flexible, and powerful. Excellent onboarding and customer support.

This app is wonderful and saves me hours of time every week. I tried stamps.com and did not like it at all. Got a telephone solicitor call from ShippingEasy. WOW, their customer service was amazing. They walked me through every detail via telephone. I can't say enough good things about this app. Well worth the money I pay them, plus postage discounts are better than any other company I have found.

I LOVE these guys. I used a competitor before and I just like the use of the site better and the customer service got back to me within like 10 minutes. That is impressive. I even took a photo of a screen shot, sent it to them and they made sure my international shipping label was correct.

Now THAT is service.
