Was going great for the 1st month then as of October 2024 Shipping Easy was and still is auto adding +1 into our online store's inventory. As of now they have no resolution and this puts a lot stress on the web team to consistently monitor when an order comes in to manually adjust the inventory in Shopify due to this 3rd party shipping app.

No matter how many times we reinstall the app, it never syncs our orders. When we go to add money to our balance we get a bunch of XML errors.
The app simply doesn't work.

this app is not working properly, wasted so much time try to print shipping labels!
Great way to organize and ship when you have to fulfill a lot of orders. Great discounted shipping rates, and access to all freight forwarders.
ShippingEasy never disappoints! We have been using ShippingEasy for several years and find it very user friendly and efficient. On the unusual occasion like today when we have had to reach out to customer service, they are always super helpful. Tom went above and beyond today to not only find a work around solution for me, but he went the extra mail by literally doing the math for me!!
