Can I change my plan at any time?

You can upgrade your account at any time from your Settings. The additional cost of a higher plan is billed pro-rata based on the remaining days in your billing cycle. Downgrades go into effect at the end of the current billing period (e.g. you get the benefits of the higher volume threshold until the next monthly cycle begins).

Can I cancel my account any time?

Yes. There is no contract of any kind and no obligation. A plan cancellation goes into effect at the end of the current billing period.

I live outside of the USA, can I still use ShippingEasy?

At this stage ShippingEasy is for shipments originating in the USA. Merchants can be anywhere at all! And Orders can be shipped domestically and internationally. However, they need to start in the United States.

So far so great! Since I’ve been on Shopify I’ve downloaded several shipping applications and each one I had to remove for various reasons like no phone support, lack of international shipping options, lack of inventory options, too expensive...etc etc
This app is by far the best for all of the things I mentioned and so much more I highly recommend shipping easy


We have worked with Shipping Easy for almost 2 years and we will never use anyone else. We used a different shipping management system before this one and there is NO comparison. Corey is AWESOME and has helped me numerous times because I am just an average Joe who has lots of questions! They never make me feel stupid and always answer my questions! The ONLY place you need to go for your e-commerce shipping solutions needs. Terrific support, live agents to assist with shipping issues, easy application, great features...everything is there. All you need to do is set up and ship. Their account managers are awesome and Bailey has always been there is assist us when needed plus enhance our shipping tools to make it even easier to ship...Bailey is very knowledgeable and a great person to work with anytime! You do not have to think about this app...this is a must do for your e-commerce shipping needs...get it, you will NOT regret your decision!

Great features and great support. We've been using them for fulfillment for a number of years, and just started using the new features like inventory management, which has been a great time saver vs. previous manual methods of allocating orders, doing purchase orders, etc. Support is excellent, almost everyone I get on the phone is friendly and knowledgeable and gets to the root of the problem quickly. Some of the newer features have a bug or two, but they usually get resolved in a reasonable time frame.


I had high hopes for this. I used this for about 6 months and pulled the plug. The interface is very, very unfriendly, like staring at an M. C. Escher lithograph. We tried it in hopes of saving a few percent on the shipping, but the lost productivity of battling the interface whenever you want to do anything ultimately made it a net loss for us. If you ship a lot it might be worth it to learn the interface... but at about 50 or so packages a week – what we ship – the super simple, clean and easy Endicia app is a much better choice in my experience.


We have always had great customer service from Shipping Easy! I have always found them to be incredibly friendly and helpful! However, I recently had a snafu that I needed help with and Emma was amazing! Not only was she kind, but she walked me through every step making a difficult task so much easier! Thank you so much!


I have been using ShippingEasy for a long time. I'm impressed that when you call with a question a real USA based agent answers the call. That rep usually can answer and resolve an issued without having to be transferred. GREAT SERVICE!!!!!!!
