what a WEIRD app, they are still CHARGING MY CARD despite uninstalling it and there is NO response from their customer service team. They have been charging my $25 despite not using their services and the buttons to uninstall on their direct portal is not working. I will be reporting this to shopify as these ghost apps should not be allowed!

Day one with shippit and e parcel. Next time I rather give my e parcel account with Australia Post, how can Aus post ask their customers to use app like this. No support , 17 page of instructions, 3 hours one phone to shopify specialist and still it pulls randomly orders and misses other.

I am sure its all our fault, but this app is a nightmare.

Absolutely rubbish app. The interface is so buggy. Every time you try and sync an order the app comes up with an error screen completely locking you out of any app function and can only be resolved by uninstalling it and redownloading, only for the same issue to happen! Orders never automatically sync, yet they send me emails that I have orders to ship. Customer service is absolutely shit, and for the one time they did reply they claimed to have investigated and saw no issue. Dont waste your time.

PLEASE THINK CAREFULLY IF YOU DON'T WANNA LOSE YOUR MONEY!!!

Subscription is very misleading.

We recently found out their pricing is expensive, we switched to different app in April. Then we removed Shippit. Upon uninstalling the app, we thought subscription should be cancelled too. But NO, they still charge us next billing cycle.

What more annoying is, we reach to their support team to cancel the subscription, been waiting for 2 business days and no response yet.

We then open another ticket hopefully for them to get attention, but they haven't answered back either.

App like this shouldn't be allowed on Shopify.

Their carrier disappeared after 5 days of waiting and they charged me a $0.55 for a service fee. Nobody responded as well when I approached their support. Use them at your own risk!

we have been using Shippit for years. Their software is good however customer service for businesses is shit. We are about to change our shipping provider.

I originally wrote this review in 2018 but now in 2023 we no longer use it because my small business model can't justify Shippit's higher cost compared to other apps. Shippit dashboard is user friendly, it makes booking and getting live quotes fast and easy. Volume sellers check out their freight pricing was very competitive on the higher plans in 2018. Support team are very helpful, they always go above and beyond! Aussie sellers it's worth considering this app for its features and api linking to Australia Post.

Used to be good - has many issues now - Orders dont sync, products dont sync, When you recreate or import orders that doesnt work, now labels have stop generating when you select multiple orders, try generating labels one by one then all labels dont get generated and some throw error!

Help and support slow and not not intutive.

I previously gave them a 5 stars from 4 years ago. Last two years customer service has been really really really poor. Seems they try to delay rather then resolve. No longer recommend
