I've tried alot of apps and integrations to sync up with Australia Post and Shippit has been the best. It allows us to easily print labels and auto update tracking information back into Shopify

We've been using Shippit for a year now. It's definitely saved us a lot of time, and is generally a great and seamless integration with Shopify for small business.

There are some issues I'd like to be ironed out that haven't yet (mostly with Customer Address book not allowing both an addresee name AND shop/business name (which is crucial for many consignments) - I hope this can be actioned soon!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Terrible service standards. I worked with shippit for months to try to help them be better. They consistently failed to improve even after multiple reviews. This app cost you money and will hurt your service standards. DO NOT under any circumstances try this. CONSIDER YOURSELF warned.

ePowermac is a daily user of Shippit. Very easy to use, integrate, excellent support and cost effective shipping. As ePowermac has multiple pickup points, this proves to be no problem for Shippit.

We, an apparel retailer with stores in Syd-Mel-Bris, have been using Shippit successfully for the past 2 years. The platform has streamlined the dispatch of online orders fulfilled from both stores and our warehouse. We also use it to facilitate store-to-store stock transfers.

Great functionality, knowledgeable team and solid API documentation. Highly recommend!

Shippit has been a reliable and amazing platform for us to use for our business. It is extremely user friendly and their customer support is great. Our customers love the regular updates from the couriers. I would highly recommend them.

Shippit often gets confused as a courier company, but Shippit is in fact the platform in which merchants use to ship their orders out to their customers. It has been a game changer for our DC staff for pick and pack and saves us a lot of time.

5 stars for how much easier Shippit has made our fulfilment process.

Unfortunately, have had to deduct 2 stars for how much more work it has created in relation to customer service enquiries. We used to spend 1hr maximum on customer service emails per day, we're now spending 2.5-3 hours dealing with our inbox - all to do with tracking updates.

We use DHL eCommerce to ship our orders to US & Canada, however the Shippit tracking email that our customers receive direct our customers to an incorrect phone number (not a DHL tracking web page).
