I downloaded this app - lured in by the 2 weeks free trial - just to see if it was what I was looking for. I realised pretty quickly that it wasn't so I un-installed it the same day. ****However - beware, if you don't downgrade your account to the free version via the actual account set up - they will send you a bill for $25.***
Simply uninstalling the app doesn't work as far as they are concerned.
You have to log into the account that you set up and cancel your account.
Well I couldn't find an option to cancel that account for the life of me. So I emailed them and told them to cancel it at their end, and to stop sending me emails, yet they persist! Ive never even used the service they offer, just downloaded it to check it out.
You guys need to install a delete my account option on your "support" site.
I will be forwarding my complaint to Shopify as well.

I was really frustrated with trying to get my stamps.com synced with shopify. It wasn't a seamless process for me at all. Most specifically the batch orders. I also have despised the fact that stamps.com doesn't allow batch orders with MacBooks-like why and how, it is 2015.
It had its pros but i'm just happy that shippo WAS seamless and brought relief to a growing disconcerting feeling. It was so easy to set up. The only thing I need is a page that shows all of my filled orders with their tracking and their current status.

I've been using shipstation with constant headaches - error messages, issues with the carrier integrations... I am so happy I took the time to make the switch!!! Could not recommend Shippo enough. It's such a refreshingly simple and intuitive interface. It has all the features and auto-filling you need to make the whole thing run smoothly. If there's one thing I'd change, it would be better ways to combine or split shipments - this is commonplace and the 'help articles' recommend workarounds, not real solutions.

Useful and simple. Prices for USPS 1st class postage seems to be much lower than the retail price through USPS.
Shippo is missing many very important features. Here are just two for starters:
1. Does not integrate with FedEx packaging. There is no option to choose which FedEx package you use.
2. Does not have template for customs forms so the user would have to write a new form every time -- a total waste of time.
They also do no recognize different currencies. Has not impact on shipping but strange to see our Sterling order put into USA dollars.
If I could give a No Star rating I would. This company is not to be trusted. We installed the app to see if it was of any use to our Shopify store. It wasn't so we un-installed it within an hour. We have had 2 payment requests from them since. We contacted Shippo after the first and was told that it was fixed. We have now received another bill for a service that we have never used and never will. Shopify state that after an app is un-installed the developer should delete all of our data, etc. NOT send the end user a bill.
Beware, no longer offers media mail shipping rates.
Signed up for the app based on reviews. Could not even enter my business shipping information due to a bug or terrible error handling. Entered all required information and the app reformatted some lines after refreshing without displaying any errors. Tried maybe 20 variations of names addresses phone numbers, but nothing worked with zero error messaging. Uninstalled
Great app! I used it to get started with shipping pretty easily. Lots of documentation around it. I recommend it.
